PORT▲L – Festival of Interactive Light Art is implemented as part of the project proposal of Gabrovo Municipality “Point of intersection” – a meeting between different genres, cultures, generations and audiences, Contract No. BG-RRP-11.021-0008-C01/29.10.2025, “A new generation of local cultural policies for large municipalities”, funded by the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism through the National Culture Fund.
