Poland
Ari Dykier is a visual artist based in Poland. A graduate of Camerimage Film School, he has spent most of his career working as a filmmaker. Driven by a strong passion for animation, his practice has gradually evolved toward the creation of animated visuals using collage techniques, drawing inspiration from surrealism and the broader history of art.
His work has been recognized internationally, receiving First Prize at the VJ Contest, Art Vision Moscow (2019), Second Prize at the Mapsion Projection Mapping Competition, Finland (2023), the Audience Prize at SAT Fest – Fulldome Festival, Montreal (2024), and Third Prize in projection mapping at the Chongqing International Light Art Festival, China (2024).
